I’m an IT Analyst with experience supporting end-users, troubleshooting systems, deploying equipment, documenting solutions, communicating changes, and maintaining a reliable environment. I work across teams, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems, to support users from on-site and remote staff to engineers, project managers, administrators, and executive leadership.

My background spans providing desktop support, troubleshooting endpoints, deploying devices, documenting in knowledge bases, and guiding users to resolve technical and security-related issues. I carry forward a strong service mindset from my hospitality background, enabling me to build trust with users, communicate clearly, and deliver support that is both technical and approachable. I earned a degree in Cyber Defense from Hennepin Technical College, a program recognized by the NSA’s CAE designation.

I’m continuing to grow my skills in networking and security through personal projects, continued learning, and certifications. I recently earned the ISC2 CC and am focused on building practical experience in systems, networking, and security operations.
